Anxiety can feel constant and always weighing you down. The constant worry doesn't allow you to be present and enjoy the moment. Your mind is always racing and you might feel like you can't escape this feeling. Sometimes, you might even worry about always being anxious.

Getting to know yourself - understanding what makes you feel a certain way and uncovering the underlying reasons for your emotions - is a key factor in feeling centered. Through therapy, you can uncover aspects of yourself that may be contributing to your anxiety, gaining understanding and awareness can help you feel more balanced, centered, and with a sense of direction.

Self-Esteem & Confidence Building: our self-esteem and confidence are a big part of who you are and how you handle life's ups and downs. When you feel bad about yourself, doubt your abilities, or think you're not good enough, it can be really harmful and stop you from achieving your goals and living your best life. I am sure that by now you have developed ways of coping like people-pleasing, being a perfectionist, doubting yourself,  and overthinking to deal with these feelings.

While these strategies may have helped you so far, deep down, you sense that something isn't quite right. You want to break free from being abrasive with yourself and just want to feel more confident. I can help you identify and break free from this abrasive self-talk, develop a greater relationship with yourself, and build the confidence and self-esteem so you can live a happier, more authentic life.

Overcoming Depression

It's been hard to get up in the morning; you don't enjoy the things that you used to like. You catch yourself thinking, "What's the point?" often. Living with depression makes you feel like you're living in slow motion, and it seems like everyone is living a happier life than you, even if that's not the case.


As your therapist, I'm here to help you feel better about yourself. We'll work together to understand why you're feeling sad and find ways to deal with those feelings. Through our sessions, I'll help you gain a better understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. You'll learn how to recognize what's driving your emotions and behaviors. We will work together to break free from negative patterns and build coping skills. I will guide you as you rediscover things you enjoy, form meaningful connections with others, and find direction and purpose. You don't have to go through this alone - I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way.
